Hello, nice to meet you!
I will be hosting a welcome party at the hotel in the breakfast room on Saturday February 1st from 6 pm to 9 pm. This is an opportunity to meet everyone in person before we head off on our cruise. We will have some light refreshments, and you will pick up your swag bag. If your flight is later than 9 pm I will hand out bags on Sunday morning.

We will begin boarding the charter bus at 8:30 am Sunday morning. We have 105 people to board, so please bring your patience. We will leave for the port as soon as everyone and all the luggage is loaded.

The Miami Marathon will be held on Sunday morning making the area one of the busiest in Miami! If you are planning to take another form of transportation, please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.

LET'S PARTY

Disembarkation
You will place all your luggage outside your room on Saturday by 10 pm. You only keep what you need to get off the ship on Sunday morning in your backpack/bag- change of clothes, bathroom products, wallets, passports, etc.
Disembarkation begins at 8 am. You will be assigned a designated area to exit the ship. I highly recommend stopping at one of the quick service locations and grabbing something for breakfast. Then head to your exit area.
Once off, you will go to the designated area for your luggage (as listed on your tags) and pick it up. Then meet by our charter bus- specific location TBD. We will load up and head to the airport once everyone is off the ship and all luggage is loaded.
Royal Caribbean is TERMINAL A at the Port of Miami. This is where the charter bus will be dropping us off. Anyone taking other transportation should direct them here.
Once there we will off load everyone and all the luggage. Your luggage is then given to the porters that coorispond with your . It is customary to tip them $1-$2 per bag.
Port of Miami

Much like going through TSA at the airport, you will enter the building and get in line to go through security. You will have to show your reservation and passports, so make sure these are in your backpack to carry on the ship. You will then walk through to the escalators and up to the ship. Once on the ship you can go check out the ship, go swimming if you'd like, and get some lunch. Rooms will be open after 1 pm. Your luggage will arrive as soon as it's been loaded and brought up to your hallway.
