About Me

Hello, I’m Heather! Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. 
Not only do I love to travel and experience new places, but I also love food (deserts are my weakness), movies, paper crafting, and spending time with my family. I’ve been married to my husband, Joey, since 1996, and we’ve built a full, lively life together. I’m a mom to two daughters, Makenzie and Maggie, and our German exchange student, Jennifer. Our yellow lab, Rosie, proudly serves as my daily “co‑worker”.

I’ve called Las Vegas home since 2023, after nearly two decades in Seattle, a decade in Houston, and my childhood in Salt Lake City. Much of my life was spent raising our girls, supporting their high school dance team, and helping to run the non-profit booster club for the dance team. 
 

My Path to Becoming a Travel Advisor

When we made the move from Seattle to Las Vegas and our girls would be out of high school, I knew it was the perfect moment to pursue the travel world. I began with a small host agency in Florida, where I learned the foundations of the industry and discovered how much I loved helping others experience the world. 

After two years, I was ready for more support and a stronger infrastructure to grow my business. In May 2026, I joined a large host agency within the Signature Network consortia. This move gives me access to the tools, partnerships, and resources needed to offer a truly full‑service, concierge‑level experience.
 

My Professional Background

My career path has taken me through several industries from owning a screen‑printing business, supporting executives at Microsoft, and working in retail and medical administration. Each chapter strengthened my commitment to exceptional service, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication. Today, those skills shape the elevated, personalized travel planning experience I provide to every client.
